Parking Where는 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않으며, 사용자의 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호 등 개인을 직접 식별할 수 있는 정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다.
다만 앱 기능 제공 및 서비스 운영을 위해 다음과 같은 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다.

Parking Where에서 사용자가 촬영한 주차 위치 사진과 주차 시작 시간은 Appban Studio의 별도 서버로 전송되지 않으며, 사용자의 기기 내부에 저장됩니다.
또한 Parking Where는 위치 권한을 사용하지 않으며, GPS 위치정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 개인정보의 이용 목적
Parking Where는 다음 목적을 위해 데이터를 사용합니다.
- 주차 위치 사진 기록 및 확인
- 주차 시작 시간 저장 및 경과 시간 표시
- 알림을 통한 주차 상태 안내
- 앱 내 광고 제공
- 앱 사용 통계 분석

Parking Where는 사용자의 주차 위치 사진이나 주차 시간 정보를 Appban Studio의 외부 서버에 저장하지 않습니다.
3. 앱 권한 사용 안내
Parking Where는 앱 기능 제공을 위해 다음 권한을 사용할 수 있습니다.

4. 주차 사진 및 주차 기록의 처리
Parking Where에서 촬영한 주차 위치 사진은 사용자가 차량 위치를 다시 확인할 수 있도록 앱 내부에서만 사용됩니다.
주차 사진과 주차 시작 시간은 사용자의 기기 내부에 저장되며, Appban Studio의 별도 서버나 외부 저장소로 전송되지 않습니다.
사용자는 앱 내 기능을 통해 주차 기록을 삭제할 수 있으며, 앱을 삭제하면 기기 내부에 저장된 앱 데이터도 함께 삭제될 수 있습니다.
단, 사용자의 기기 운영체제나 백업 설정에 따라 일부 데이터가 기기 또는 계정 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. 이 경우 해당 데이터는 사용자의 기기 및 계정 백업 설정에 따릅니다.
5. 광고 및 제3자 서비스 사용
Parking Where는 서비스 운영을 위해 다음 제3자 서비스를 사용합니다.

Parking Where는 사용자의 주차 위치 사진과 주차 시간 정보를 Appban Studio의 별도 서버에 저장하거나 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.
다만 광고 제공 및 앱 사용 통계 분석을 위해 Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics 등 제3자 서비스가 사용되며, 이 과정에서 Google LLC가 일부 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다.
7. 개인정보의 국외 이전
Parking Where 자체는 사용자의 주차 위치 사진과 주차 시간 정보를 Appban Studio의 외부 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
다만 Google AdMob 및 Firebase Analytics 사용 과정에서 광고 식별자, 앱 사용 정보, 기기 정보 등이 Google의 국외 서버에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
8. 개인정보의 보관 및 삭제
Parking Where의 주차 위치 사진, 주차 시작 시간, 앱 설정 정보는 사용자의 기기 내부에 저장됩니다.
사용자는 앱 내 기능을 통해 주차 기록을 삭제할 수 있으며, 앱을 삭제하면 기기 내부에 저장된 앱 데이터도 함께 삭제될 수 있습니다.

Appban Studio values users’ privacy and provides this Privacy Policy to help users understand how personal information and app-related data are handled when using the Parking Where mobile application.
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Parking Where provided by Appban Studio.

1. Information We Collect
Parking Where does not require membership registration or login.
Appban Studio does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as the user’s name, email address, or phone number.
However, the following information may be processed to provide app features and operate the service.

The parking location photos and parking start time recorded by the user in Parking Where are not transmitted to Appban Studio’s separate server and are stored only on the user’s device.

Parking Where uses data for the following purposes.
- Recording and checking parking location photos
- Saving parking start time and displaying elapsed parking time
- Providing parking status notifications
- Providing in-app advertisements
- Analyzing app usage statistics
- Improving app features and operating the service reliably
Parking Where does not store the user’s parking location photos or parking time information on Appban Studio’s external server.
3. App Permissions
Parking Where may use the following permissions to provide app features.

Parking Where does not request location permission to check the user’s current location.

Parking location photos taken in Parking Where are used only within the app so that users can check where they parked their vehicle.
Parking photos and parking start time are stored on the user’s device and are not transmitted to Appban Studio’s separate server or external storage.
Users can delete parking records through the app’s features.
When the app is deleted, app data stored on the device may also be deleted.
However, depending on the user’s device operating system or backup settings, some data may be included in device or account backups. In such cases, the data is subject to the user’s device and account backup settings.
5. Advertising and Third-Party Services
Parking Where uses the following third-party services to operate the service.

However, third-party services such as Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics are used for advertisement delivery and app usage analysis. In this process, Google LLC may process certain data.
7. International Data Transfer
Parking Where itself does not transmit the user’s parking location photos or parking time information to Appban Studio’s external server.
However, during the use of Google AdMob and Firebase Analytics, advertising identifiers, app usage information, device information, and related data may be processed on Google’s servers located outside the user’s country or region.
8. Retention and Deletion
Parking Where stores parking location photos, parking start time, and app settings information on the user’s device.
Users can delete parking records through the app’s features.
When the app is deleted, app data stored on the device may also be deleted.
App usage statistics processed through Firebase Analytics may be handled according to Google and Firebase policies and retention standards.
9. Children’s Privacy
Parking Where does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14.
If a guardian believes that a child’s personal information has been collected, the guardian may contact Appban Studio. After verification, Appban Studio will take necessary actions.
